Do I have to book online?
You may also call, text, or email me. Due to giving each client my full attention during appointments, I may not be able to respond for several hours or, occasionally, several days. Booking online is the easiest, quickest way to secure an appointment.
What are your hours?
Tuesday-Friday, 10:00-6:00.
Do you accept walk-ins?
By appointment only.
What is your cancellation policy?
With 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment, this allows time to contact someone on the waitlist and accommodate them in a timely manner. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. Sometimes things beyond our control come up, such as illness or inclement weather, and in those cases no timeframe is required. Missed appointments with no notice will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Do I need to check-in when I arrive?
No check-in necessary. Please arrive on time and have a seat in the waiting area.
